DDx of Facies

There was utmost importance given to facial diagnosis in the old times. The physicians were relying only upon the clinical methodology to diagnose diseases. After the reign of technology such extra ordinary clinical skills started to decay slowly. In this millennium scarcity of such clinicians brought our medicine to dispute. I would like to share some facies that is not commonly mentioned in English literature. Ill post one new facies everyday. Medics are welcome for discussion.
